Deep inside each of us a "consciousness" is at work. It pervades our thoughts, words and actions. Humanity as a whole has a group consciousness that pervades - fear and judgment. That of course is leading to the state of the world today - and it's a mess as we'd all agree. Here's a suggested new direction to take humanity. Shift that underlying consciousness and we change our thoughts, words and actions. The world becomes a nicer place by far. Switch to a consciousness of love and appreciation.
As a spiritual person I'm expanding my conscious awareness of myself and the universe around me. My journey is aided by the conversations I have with The Wonders. They are a "collective energy consciousness" channeled by Rene Gaudette. You can think of them as "god" although that's not what they are. Their messages are full of love and appreciation. Speaking with them is just like talking to "god." The conversations are recorded. It's not just in your head. Tonight, along with several of my friends, we were engaged in a study group with The Wonders. They shared with us these six guidelines. How to live a spiritual life:
1. Love and appreciate yourself.
2. Be honest with yourself.
3. Express yourself truthfully.
4. Know that you are abundant.
5. Remember humor.
6. Don't forget to choose.
These appear simple enough, but they are quite deep. Give them thought. Consider what the world would be like if we all lived by these guidelines.
There are a couple of other facts that we learned and if you really think deeply about this, they are indeed true:
1. Nothing and no one can harm you unless you choose to allow it.
2. There is nothing greater than or lesser than yourself.
I choose to live by all of these and to share them.
In future posts, I will explain my understanding of each of these. In the meantime, I urge you to give them a try.
